David and his non-profit are just a way for him to make it big and gives him money, power and an audience that he wouldn’t have otherwise. He’s the kind of man that doesn’t stand for anything and those that follow him will drink the Kool-Aid of eventual disaster. He’s a real life GRINCH. David the Grinch…LOL

and from American life is a joke ! You think YOUR RELIGION OF GODLESSNESS should be the established religion of the day. YOU are a selfish group of immature people who are more than likely mentally incapable of disseminating all of the GOOD that the MAJORITY of the people have done by HAVING A GOD IN THEIR LIVES, WHO HAD A SON THAT GAVE US THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF GOODNESS. YOU LOUD MOUTHED ANGRY MAN, YOU SHOULD and probably will be, IGNORED BY ANYONE WHO HAS HALF A BRAIN. GO SCREAM AT YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR !
I went ahead and approved this, not only because its funny, but because Miss Joy Diamond decided to post 4 comments altogether on We Are Atheism. So I felt she deserved to have someone read her comment, get a good laugh, and respond if they felt like it. Joy needs someone to take a moment and discuss what it was that David Silverman actually did. -
David actually did expose himself as a mean spirited, angry, rude, intolerant man on the Bill O’Reilly show last night and I watched it, all of it. I try to keep an open mind and do have some real issues with modern day Christianity at times. But I respect the establishment of Christianity as a whole in American history and society. You see, I’ve studied Christian History at length. Congress not making an establishment of a particular religion during the founding of our country was to protect us from Government and High Priests being able to wipe out entire villages of people due to “differences in beliefs”. There was no other major religions in the founding of this country other than Christianity. Martin Luther, Joan of Arc and others suffered for their differences of opinion from what their government leaders and their high priests believed and they were murdered for it. NOT to allow some Non-Christian religion to start dictating FREEDOM FROM RELIGION ! That’s what David Silverman’s screaming last night exposed. David also is the perfect example of what Godlessness is all about and when Bill responded with the Facist comment I was not surprised. I do not always agree with Bill O’Reilly and watch All the stations regularly. My mother was on the Board of Directors for Miami Dade PBS and the Head of Security for the channel 2 Auction for 18 years, so I’m not some narrow minded, uneducated fool. But your attempts to have your minority views supercede history and our protections to worship as nom-denominational Christians, Baptists, Methodists, Lutherans, Catholics etc., and have Christmas trees, Mangers, Cross’s etc. to celebrate our Saviors birth and the gift giving season in general is an abomination to our Constitutional rights ! David’s narrow minded leadership based on childhood wounding is a selfish uneducated effort to thrust himself into the limelight that he couldn’t do without his worthless cause. I want to say this in closing, if David and his followers had their way and Christianity was silenced then noble Christian acts like fighting the binding of women’s feet in China an old custom that created dainty man pleasing features on a woman or throwing widows onto the cremation “Suti” fires and listening to them scream as they burn alive another old middle eastern custom or the Muslim custom if removing little girls clitorus’s with a piece if glass or a rusty old razor blade and if she lives Alkah wanted her to – THESE CUSTOMS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DEFEATED OR IN THE PROCESS OF BEING DEFEATED ( slavery and female mutilation are alive and well all over Muslim countries) IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE HEART OF CHRISTIANITY. JESUS WAS THE PEACEMAKER and CHRISTIANITY continues to spread peace and love. And David is declaring WAR on Christmas and Christianity and he’s the laughing stock !

Actually, I thought they could both brush up on their debating skills! I wasn’t impressed either way.
The original definition for “religion” is “the law” which is “dat” in Hebrew. Since the Old Testament or Torah is based on some of the oldest ancient manuscripts(mostly written in Hebrew)on the planet, it only makes sense that “the law” refers to the ten commandments. Unfortunately, since about 90% of our population doesn’t bother to do any research on anything, most people confuse “religion” with “God”. They aren’t the same thing!
Also, there’s no point in following “the Law”, if you don’t believe in the God who made it! Furthermore, if ones belief system doesn’t include laws, then it shouldn’t be called a religion, right? I love etymology!
As a practicing Roman Catholic layman, I found the ranting of David Silverman served only to strengthen my beliefs. His performance displayed a great deal of the vitriol which causes one to reject the existence of a Supreme Being My whole lifetime and world travels, including near-death situations, have caused me to reflect often on my religious education, and with every twilight day it becomes stronger still. The gentleman, unfortunately for him, does not realize his transparency.

I am ashamed that you are so blinded that you think Torah is a myth.I wish you were stamding on the on the beach with Moses.And About Rabbi Messiah Yeshua ,yes Yeshua you know He is a Jew and the name Jesus is an English word.I wish you would read Gen.49:10,The Messiah cam in the ist century . Messiah Yeshua said every knee will bow ,when He comes back as the Lion of Judah .That Means YOU and Adolf Hitler and every person that has ever lived .I just want to ask you one thing .Please have the guts to put a sign in Times Squre about Islam’s Mohammud about the leader of the Muslims is Fake and False and Dump him . Please do this my Lost Jewish brother and please sign with your name at the bottom of the sign if you have the Guts.You have no problem slamming the King of Israel the Jewish Messiah the Son of God ,Israel’s long awaited Saviour and King of Kings. But now Please put a large Billboard in Times Square about Mohammud . If you have the Guts..But be ready ,One minute after you do the world will know about it .They wont be as loving as the Jewish Messianic Believers or the Gentile (christians) Oh No You will be on the run for the Muslims ,,,So Please dear sir lets see if you have the Guts,or I say Put up or Shut up ! The Protection of Psalms 91 ,,,sir is removed from you until you repent , No Shalom to you !
